enneagramUP series: Enhance Your EnneaType

This series launches from our Intro to Enneagram class and helps you use the wisdom of the Enneagram to level UP your Enneagram type.

This series will teach tools & practices that are specific to each type's growth and integration to support your movement UP the Levels of Development for your type.

If you haven't taken our Intro to Enneagram course yet, visit the Learning Center to register. While it's not mandatory, you will gain much more depth from the enneagramUP series if you've got a good idea of your Enneagram type... or at least narrowed it down to 2-3!

The Wisdom of the Enneagram

The Enneagram is different than personality tests in that its goal is to help us discover the deepest truths about who we are: our deepest motivations, fears, and desires. These foundational truths help unlock the WHY of our behavior and show us the way to rewrite these old stories of beliefs.

The Gift of the Enneagram

Let's move forward with your continuing exploration and self-examination using your Enneagram type as a roadmap and pursue our next-level self through the Levels of Development.

The Gift of Essential Oils

Essential oils have the chemical constituents to use your olfactory process to shift your emotions, allowing you to release old stories that pull you down-level. Using these gifts from the earth will enhance the wisdom of the Enneagram in a whole-self way to experience meaningful, lasting change.

Essential Oils + Enneagram = enneagramUP!

We will learn oils for each triad and each type, focusing on the positive and healthy traits each type develops to level UP.

11/5 - Intro: Re-enter and center into the world of Enneagram. It's your time to ask questions, clarify your type, or wrestle with a sticky point of your type before we begin the main content of the class.
