Most of us reach a point where the life we've been living starts to feel like it doesn't quite fit anymore. The anxiety is big. The exhaustion is real. The questions surface. Who am I, really? Why do I keep doing the things I do? Is there something more?
Those questions aren't signs that something is wrong with you.
They're invitations.
Whole Story Living™ is an integrative framework for personal, relational, and spiritual healing — one that brings psychology, neuroscience, and theology into conversation with each other. It's the work I've been doing in my own story for over thirty years, and in the stories of the people I walk alongside, in a structure to support the natural movement of a life being reclaimed.
It's built on a simple but profound conviction: you don't have to invent who you are. You simply remember yourself. And no matter how far you've traveled from that truth, there is always a Pathway home to your True Self.
Whole Story Living is more than an intellectual framework for understanding yourself. It's a Pathway for Returning Home to yourself when you lose your way.
Let's be real: life is all around us. We can't avoid all the triggers. And that's not the goal, anyway! The journey is about building resilience and flexibility enough to meet those triggers with both a growing understanding about what happens when anxiety takes over AND knowing what to do to calm those anxieties and remember ourselves.
Learn the 4 steps that can always help you find your way home whenever anxiety takes the lead and you forget who you are, trusting Desire to lead you, Goodness to hold you, and Connection to sustain you again.
